Birch Creek Farm is a 335-acre parcel located in Craighead and Greene Counties, Arkansas. These are two bordering counties in the Mississippi River Delta, an area with some of the highest land values in Arkansas because of its fertility and versatility.
Consisting of 315 acres of primarily fine sand loam variations, Birch Creek Farm enjoys soils suitable for growing a wide variety of crops. Corn, soybeans, rice, and cotton have all been produced previously on the acreage.
The property consists of three separate tracts within a short distance of each other. Each tract is individually irrigated, two with furrow irrigation and the third with pivot irrigation. The current lease structure is a five-year sale-leaseback with an experienced operator.
